Friendly and professional customer service all-round including restaurant staff. Concierge team were very friendly and helpful. Impressed by how quick housekeeping were quick to service room. Love the location, so quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Patong. Palmyra is easily accessible to tour companies so they can do pick up/drop off easily. 7/11 is literally across the road so you can get pretty much everything incl Pet food if you wanted to feed the stray dogs (please keep this in mind and show compassion). This is not a party hotel, mostly couples and families which is great because you get a decent night's sleep

The room was amazing, great view, lovely looking hotel and very clean. The breakfast was yummy and lots of options with food changing everyday! Great location not surrounded by loud parties, music or busy area however very close to the main strip and beach so everything was easy access! In case you forgot anything the front desk can help with booking tours or surrounding shops! Good security and amazing staff! 🤗 Thank you Palmyra!

We booked a two bedroom villa and loved it! The staff is very helpful and friendly! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, fridge and TV. One bedroom has a large balcony. The kitchen has all utensils, fridge + bathroom. The location is good, quiet and very close to all restaurants, bars, massage places, 7/11 and a big mall is about 15 minutes walk. Patong beach was too crowded, the water was oily due to too many boats and jet skis, so a nice hotel pool was very useful (or it was easy to get a taxi and go to different beaches).

Fantastic place, we originally booked for 4 nights, then extended our stay for the duration of our holiday, the location is great, short walking distance to all the hot spots and the beach, staff are super friendly, place is clean and tidy... Pool is divine... Restaurant is lovely, good price and selection... Can eat straight up on your pool chair if you want to. Just all round a nice, relaxing, convenient affordable place. Will recommend to anyone.
